Episode 86: Eyewitness, Part 2

This week I am again privileged to speak with Raz Van Constantine, a
participant in the 1989 uprising that served as a catalyst for the Romanian Revolution. Raz breaks a twenty year silence as he recounts his harrowing story. In this second part of the interview, Raz expresses his disappointment with how things turned out in Romania, and the importance of participation in a democracy.

Great story

Thank you John for bringing to light this 20-year old untold story. Raz is my friend, and I was supposed to join him that weekend in 1989 when it all started. I just missed the train.
It is this kind of interviews, with relatively unknown people, that give podcasting an edge over mainstream radio.
Raz also contributed to my podcast. Here is our story of discovering Montreal without a plan, through random exploration. With Raz's help, I fell in love with Montreal, 8 years after I first stepped on the island: http://wp.me/ph56g-m5
